塞浦路斯移民局对于延期登陆的重要通知

根据《外国人和移民条例》第6（3）条和第6（6）条的规定，应在2020年3月21日之后抵达塞浦路斯的移民许可证持有人，不论其国籍如何，可将其入境到期日延长至2020年11月30日。

受影响的个人应在抵达前向民事登记和移民局提出申请，以便获得书面许可，方便进入共和国。

应当指出，移民者需遵守塞浦路斯共和国为控制这一流行病的传播而可能规定的任何其他入境要求，包括医疗证明。

Following the first announcement by our Department dated 4 March 2020 for Chinese nationals regarding the same subject, it has been decided that holders of Immigration Permits regardless of their nationality who were due to arrive in Cyprus after the 21/03/2020 as their obligation in accordance to the provisions of Regulation 6(3) and Regulation 6(6) of the Aliens and Immigration Regulations may extend their arrival due date until 30/11/2020 without being deprived of their right of permanent residence.

Those individuals affected should submit a request to the Civil Registry and Migration Department prior to their arrival, in order to be issued with a written permission which will facilitate their entry to the Republic.

It is noted that any other entry requirements, including medical certificates, that the Republic of Cyprus may impose in connection with the control of the spread of the pandemic must be met.
